The village is located between the capital of the northern lights – Murmansk and the Arctic Ocean. From Murmansk, the distance is about 50 km. In this place, it is absolutely dark and the light of the city does not interfere at all with a comfortable observation of the natural miracle. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, go snowmobiling and fish. “Aurora Village” will leave you with the best memories!

What is Aurora Village?
Aurora Village is a whole holiday complex far from civilization, consisting of 10 comfortable ones, where you can watch the Northern Lights under a glass dome, lying on a soft bed!
From September to April, about every third night, you can see dancing lights in the sky, and in summer you can enjoy nature and relaxation with your loved ones!
What are the living conditions?
- Dome houses (Igloo), which are 30% open sphere (double glass) and are 6 meters in diameter.
- Inside: 2 beds and 2 extra beds (on the second floor), bathroom (hot, cold water, toilet, sink, shower, towels), central heating, oven, heated floor, table, chairs;
- Capacity up to 5 people (4 + 1 seat, if necessary for an additional fee);
- It is possible to accommodate pets.

What about food?
Attention! Dear guests, from 26.07.2022 due to repair work, food in the large dome-cafe is not available! Food ordering is still available and you can arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner at your igloos. Meals should be ordered no later than 2-3 days before arrival. YOU CAN READ THE MENU HERE
You can also take food with you from Murmansk, which can be cooked on the grill, heated in the microwave in a cafe. There is also always access to hot water to make tea or coffee.
Where is the hotel located?
49 km. from the city of Murmansk in the direction of the village of Teriberki, to the coast of the Barents Sea (Arctic Ocean), on the shore of the large lake Kanentyavr. You can visit Aurora at the same time, and then go to Teriberka, conquer the snowy expanses) Or look to us on the way back.
This season, approximately every third night at 51 km there was an opportunity to observe and photograph this amazing phenomenon.
We are also ready to organize a transfer from the airport or Murmansk to our hotel.
Hotel area
Dear Friends, we want to show how the hotel area looks like at the moment. Now we have 6 operating igloos and 4 under construction.
• Also under renovation is a large dome cafe, ❗️IT IS NOT WORKING YET, BUT FOOD ORDER IS STILL AVAILABLE❗️only available in Igloo. You can order meals 2-3 days before arrival or when booking an Igloo. In the cafe you can go to drink tea / coffee, buy snacks, warm food or use the refrigerator.

Is Aurora Village a pet friendly hotel?
Our hotel is open to welcome guests with their pets! All houses are located at a distance from each other and this does not prevent other guests without animals to enjoy their vacation. You can bring your dog or other pet.
Also, the friendliest husky Zeus lives on the territory of the hotel (he is in the first photo)
What to do in Aurora Village?
On the territory of Aurora Village, you can lie in an open-air font, rent skis, snowshoes, ride snowmobiles, and also have a barbecue with friends!
We also organize excursions around the Murmansk region with visits to the most beautiful places, including Teriberka.
In summer, you can enjoy the White Nights, walk by the cleanest lake with a sandy beach. In warm weather, you can swim and sunbathe.
We are also ready to organize a party or an evening for you for a large company in our huge 14 meter dome.

I stayed at Aurora village and was a great and memorable experience, I was lucky with the weather and with the comfort of the place to enjoy this amazing gift of nature, the northern lights. The staff was friendly and the place very clean. I really enjoyed it and thanks for all. I was a great place to stay and the location is beautiful with the close by lake.
